I was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, but Arizona has been my home for the past 25 years. I am happily married, and I’m a proud boy mom of two teenagers and a Schnauzer. I have been a special education teacher for the past 25 years and a Dept. Chair for the past 10 years. My background in education has really shaped me to become a skilled, organized, and detail-oriented administrative assistant. I am so proud to be back working at ASU after being a graduate student many years ago. I am currently assisting the directors at the office of Knowledge Exchange for Resilience, and it’s an honor to be here! Go Sun Devils!
