Bio

Abdulrahman "Al" Alsanad, MAS, is a GIS Analyst at Knowledge Exchange for Resilience at Arizona State University. Alsanad recently graduated from ASU with a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems. Al has been a valuable member of KER's team since 2019 when he was an undergrad working toward getting his BS in GIS.  During his studies, he co-founded a YouthMappers chapter at ASU, led the chapter, and is still guiding the new leaders. As a GIS Analyst, Al uses ArcGIS, QGIS, and Maxent to visualize KER's data on the map to be published.
