Margaret M. Hinrichs

Dr. Margaret Hinrichs is an Asisstant Research Professor in the School of Complex Adaptive Systems and the Associate Director of Decision Science at the Knowledge Exchange for Resilience. She is also the Convergence and Facilitation Lead at ASU's Decision Theater and serves on its senior leadership team. She studies the inclusion of diverse communities and stakeholder organizations in decision making processes, particularly through the use of data informatics and models as boundary objects. Her research leads to recommendations for harnessing the natural complexity of diverse groups and interests for inclusive, community-centered convergence research.
